Sometimes you may need to perform an important action on your computer, such as restarting or turning it off, but since you are not in front of it, it is impossible for you to perform it. KShutdown gives you the possibility to program this type of actions to be carried out automatically.

Processes that are programmable basically comprise the shutdown functions that are present in Microsoft operating systems, such as hibernation and restart. Whichever one you choose, you can set a countdown or, on the contrary, define the exact moment in which it will be carried out.

KShutdown displays a bar indicating the remaining time.
